About the position

We are currently looking for a production team member who is meticulous and has an eye for detail for our welding department in Jönköping. Your main tasks will include welding, sheet metal processing, and grinding. This role places high demands on collaboration, communication, and precision, and you will be a key cog in a small group with extensive welding expertise.

Your profile/background

You are a welder with good knowledge of MIG/MAG/TIG processes and experience in reading technical drawings. You are positive, reliable, and hardworking, and you are motivated by developmental and demanding customer projects. We also appreciate if you have experience with Monitor and broad workshop and sheet metal processing skills. We place great emphasis on your personality and your ability to collaborate. The position requires good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.

Working hours: Full-time, two-shift system

Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period

Collective agreement: The Technology Agreement

Start date: According to later agreement in August or early September
