We are now looking for a maintenance technician who thrives with freedom under responsibility, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be a key part of a small, close-knit team.

About the role.

As a maintenance technician, you will work broadly within mechanical workshop operations, ranging from turning, milling, and simple welding tasks to troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. You read drawings, follow manuals, and ensure that work is performed with high quality. The work is varied and may require you to quickly switch between different types of tasks. You will have many contact points and need to communicate clearly both internally and externally. The role also involves some flexibility in working hours, as overtime may occur, and readiness to step in during urgent situations.

Who you are.

A person with experience working in a mechanical workshop and good practical skills with equipment such as lathes, milling machines, welding, or similar. If you also have an interest in or experience with automotive or agricultural mechanics, we view this as an asset. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B). As a person, you are self-motivated, stable, and solution-oriented. You enjoy having many things going on at once and have a natural aptitude for communication and collaboration. Advanced knowledge in electrical systems or experience with CNC machines is a bonus. Good drawing literacy and experience interpreting technical documentation are also considered merits.
