You will step into a socially important operation within the green industry, where food security, extensive development initiatives, and regulatory requirements create an environment with a high pace of change and many dependencies. There is a recurring need to lead larger development projects, internal initiatives, and government assignments with complex requirements and many stakeholders, both within the business operations and on the IT side.

In this role, you will take a holistic approach to programs and projects where structure, governance, and delivery capability need to be established or strengthened. You will become a key person in creating common ways of working, getting different parts of the organization to work towards the same goals, and turning needs into concrete results. This is an assignment for you who thrive when the assignment is complex, the impact is significant, and the interaction between business and IT is crucial.

• You will develop and implement effective working methods with common processes and meeting formats.
• You will lead and drive the daily work in projects and assignments, as well as plan, steer, and follow up on deliveries.
• You will collaborate closely with clients and benefit owners for tactical and operational planning.
• You will report regularly to the steering group and create clarity regarding status, risks, and progress.
• You will coach and support the affected business so that teams and stakeholders have the right prerequisites to succeed.
• You will drive larger cross-functional development projects where several perspectives, dependencies, and implementations need to be kept together.
• You will lead work within business analysis and requirements gathering and contribute to business and IT working towards common goals.

• You have very good knowledge and professional experience in project management of large-scale and complex programs/projects (long-term experience, approx. 8-10 years).
• You have a very good ability to deliver results that optimize the whole, both business and IT.
• You have an agile mindset and experience with agile working methods and Scrum.
• You have experience leading business analysis and requirements gathering.
• You have experience driving change in organizations with varying levels of digital maturity.
• You have experience establishing governance, prioritization, and delivery capability in challenging situations.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience driving business architecture.
• Experience driving system architecture together with developers.
• Experience with testing and test documentation.
• Experience with communication and change management.
• Experience with PPS, Antura, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience leading customer- or authority-facing programs and projects.
• Experience working in the public sector.
• Experience working in environments with legal requirements and regulatory dependencies.
• Experience leading programs and projects with several parallel implementations.
• Experience establishing collaboration between business and IT in larger transformations, as well as creating structure and progress in a complex business.
