You will join an ongoing IFS Cloud initiative with an actor in the energy sector, focusing on the Maintenance & Service area. Here, you will play a central role in coordinating activities, creating clarity in a complex context, and driving progress together with the project team, suppliers, and the business.

• Coordinate activities within the Maintenance & Service sub-project and drive the work forward according to plan.
• Create structure and promote effective communication between project participants, project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with both functional and technical requirement specifications and ensure a common understanding within the project.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and explain technical choices in a way that works for the business.
• Contribute to prioritizing requirements from both a business and technical perspective.
• Support collaboration between different parties to create momentum and reduce ambiguities in an already established project.

• Experience with IFS Cloud, specifically the maintenance module.
• Experience in the public sector.
• Experience in the energy industry.
• Experience in understanding functional and technical requirement specifications.
• Experience in interpreting and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize requirements from both a functional and technical perspective.
• Good ability to quickly establish networks and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted)
