We are currently looking for a driven retail sales associate.

You are someone who thrives on customer interaction and sales work, with a strong passion for plants that you love to share. Extra interest in seasonal and outdoor plants is a plus.

With personal responsibility and initiative, you will work across all departments, including the checkout, focusing on your business drive and helping to develop the entire store. As a sales associate, you will be the face of the company, passionate about taking care of Blomsterlandet's customers in the best way possible, providing them with advice and inspiration for their needs.

• Varying tasks ranging from customer service, cashier duties, and unpacking goods
• Participating in daily sales activities
• Collaborating between different departments
• Goods receipt, product display & picking

• Meritorious experience in selling garden and indoor plants
• Gardening-related education is an asset
• Organized and structured
• Knowledgeable in plant care with a willingness to learn; you should possess product knowledge and be able to provide care advice
• Someone who finds it easy to collaborate and spread positive energy to your colleagues
• Experience working in retail

🕒 Practical Information

Employment Type: 28 hours/week, varying working hours, and every other weekend. For those who wish to work more, extra shifts/hours are usually available. The position is a seasonal employment starting immediately.
