Now we are looking for a pool nurse with a strong patient focus who enjoys varied work with few weekends in the work schedule. In this role, you will work within special housing and the disability services sector.

THIS IS WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE

As a pool nurse, you work flexibly and cover areas where the need is greatest. In your encounters with patients within special housing and activities for people with disabilities, you will have a varied daily routine and the opportunity to work in different environments.

You are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care measures based on the patient's needs. The work involves making independent assessments, prioritizing in the daily routine, and contributing to ensuring that care maintains high and safe quality. You collaborate closely with other professional groups and are an important part of the team around the patient. The role also includes mentoring and delegating tasks to nursing staff, as well as documenting according to current routines. You contribute to continuity and security in the operations, both for patients and colleagues, through your working methods and competence.

FOR THIS ROLE, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU:

• Are a licensed nurse.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have a B-class driver's license.

THIS IS WHAT WE VALUE HIGHLY:

• Further education to specialist nurse, for example in elderly care or as a district nurse.
• Experience of working in municipal operations.

About the position:

• Scope: Full-time, permanent (probationary employment may apply).
• Start date: By agreement.
