What will you be working on?
As a maintenance technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a team that fosters excellent collaboration between competencies within a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.

Your responsibilities as a maintenance technician include:

• Performing regular rounds, inspections, and maintenance of properties
• Ensuring fault reports are handled on time with the necessary requirements and expertise
• Communicating with subcontractors and Coor's own staff, both verbally and in writing
• Contributing to the creation of maintenance plans and improvement proposals
• Conducting risk assessments in the work environment and suggesting developments
• Performing project-based work beyond the scope of contracts
• Maintaining a customer focus and strong business relationships

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education in property/maintenance technology or equivalent experience
• Class B driver's license
• Good computer and system skills
• Good verbal and written skills in Swedish
• Good understanding of English

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in maintenance technology
• Experience with electricity, control and regulation, ventilation, cooling, and HVAC systems
• Certifications in scissor lifts, fall protection, forklift operation, hot work, facility management, or other relevant areas

• Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:00-16:00
• Start date: By agreement
• Probation period: 6 months

The role is classified under security clearance, and a security check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted prior to employment.
