Luleå Local Traffic (LLT) is a wholly-owned municipal company and a central part of the city's development. We operate public transport with a clear focus on sustainable development. Our goal is to contribute to a greener Luleå where public transport is a natural and attractive choice. As a societal actor, we want to be more than just a transport company – we aim to contribute to security, accessibility, and quality of life for Luleå's residents. We also strive to be Sweden's most customer-satisfied public transport operator, and our operations are built on close collaboration with both the municipality and our passengers. For our employees, this means a workplace with great engagement and the opportunity to make an impact. We have a culture where short decision-making paths meet long-term goals, where innovation and work environment go hand in hand, and where every role is an important part of the whole. With us, you combine the local and close with the professional and forward-looking. Working at LLT means being part of a strong brand and an important societal mission. Here you make a difference – for our passengers, for the city, and for the future.

- Responsibility for reporting taxes and fees and ensuring that laws and regulations for tax and financial reporting are followed.
- Drive development and improvement of routines and processes within accounting.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting work.
- Participate in the investment process.
- Work towards contract compliance in procurement.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone with an academic education in economics with a focus on accounting, or equivalent, as well as at least a couple of years of experience in qualified accounting work – preferably in a group environment.
You work fluently in Excel, have a strong understanding of systems, and express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Furthermore, you have experience with IT systems for budgeting and forecasting, accounting software, and BI tools.
You have a good understanding of K3, VAT regulations, and Swedish accounting legislation. You have also started your journey within AI and have an interest in continuing to develop in this area.
As a person, you are structured, independent, and responsible with a strong sense of quality and delivery. You are confident in your competence, have a solution-oriented approach, and thrive in a role where you both work operationally and drive development. Your communicative and pedagogical skills allow you to build trust and contribute to a well-functioning collaboration within the organization.
You find it easy to switch between details and the big picture and are motivated by improving processes, creating order, and making things work in practice.
