The role of Assistant Nurse, Care Assistant, or Care Worker with us

As an Assistant Nurse, Care Assistant, or Care Worker, you will meet people with different needs – in their own homes. The work varies and can consist of everything from personal care and daily support to simpler medical interventions. No two days are alike, and it is precisely this that makes the job both stimulating, meaningful, and anything but boring.

Our geographical area currently extends from Älvsåker and Anneberg towards Björkris. From April 1st, the area will be further expanded and will then extend down to Lygnern. This means even more variation in the workday, with both different environments and more encounters with people in various life situations.

You will work according to a schedule with day, evening, and every other weekend shifts, and you will drive a car for work.

Your profile

In addition to liking and being interested in people, accuracy, flexibility, and stress tolerance are required. We would like you to be a positive and calm person who is also solution-oriented, sees opportunities in changes, takes your own initiatives, and comes up with suggestions for new approaches. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• are 18 years of age or older
• express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work
• hold a B driving license

Our offer and other information

We offer a permanent full-time position with appointment according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Care & Welfare, all employees in home care and care and welfare housing are employed at 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce to the desired employment rate based on the needs of the operation.

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record register must be presented. Background checks may be carried out before employment.

From July 1, 2023, Assistant Nurse is a protected job title.
