We are now looking for a licensed occupational therapist who is motivated by seeing people develop! Your work will be carried out within the framework of the service “Steps to Work,” where a group of participants receives practical guidance and labor market knowledge through both individual conversations and group activities. • Coordinate and conduct assessments of work capacity
• Guide participants to a suitable career path and help them find an appropriate work trial/workplace
• Handle administrative work related to the assignment
• Contribute to the development of the organization and its methods
• Create a positive experience for participants and contribute to well-being and motivation

• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Has competence in working with occupational therapy instruments: MOHOST, DOA, WRI, AWC, AWP
• Has good labor market knowledge and local familiarity
• Has very good Swedish in both speech and writing
• Is structured, attentive, and goal-oriented
