Job Responsibilities

As a doctor with us, you will have a varied and meaningful daily routine. You are part of a team where continuity and quality are in focus. We ensure that every doctor has a clear and reasonable assignment.

You meet patients of all ages and diagnostic groups. As a rural health center, we often serve as the first point of contact even for acute conditions, which provides a broad and stimulating role.

You participate in the cross-professional collaboration with nurses, assistant nurses, and the rehab team, as well as in close contact with municipal operations – including close cooperation with the nurses at our two SÄBO (specialized housing for the elderly).

We take our time, show respect, and work for the right level of care – always with the patient at the center. You also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the health center with your ideas and competence.

About the Workplace

Ullared Health Center is a well-functioning and pleasant rural health center located in the inland of Falkenberg, easily accessible by both car and public transport. We have approximately 5,000 registered patients and around 20 employees.

We are a smaller unit, which provides good conditions for collaboration, patient familiarity, and teamwork. As a rural health center, our patients are loyal and have often been registered with us for a long time – continuity and trust are the core of our operations.

We offer comprehensive primary care with a doctor's office, district nurse clinic (including Child Health Center), physiotherapist, occupational therapist, psychologist, counselor, own laboratory, as well as specialist clinics for asthma/COPD and diabetes. Physiotherapist, occupational therapist, counselor, and psychologist are part of our rehab team and work closely together with the medical group. Our assistant nurses are an invaluable support in the daily operations of the clinic.

We are a appreciated training site for medical students, residents (AT), and specialists (ST), and have a strong commitment to SFAM both regionally and nationally.

We are passionate about further education and competence development. We have helped organize General Practitioner Days in Halland and are engaged in the Drug Committee's Therapeutic Groups in Region Halland.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are:

• A Specialist in General Practice with an interest in primary care.
• Engaged, proactive, and cooperative.
• Structured yet flexible, with the ability to contribute to good workflows.
• Responsible and professional in your interaction with patients and colleagues.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, engagement, and the desire to contribute to a good work climate. To ensure good and safe communication with patients, colleagues, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
