About the Position

We are looking for a Registered Nurse interested in a combined role involving evening home care nursing and telephone counseling. The work includes healthcare in homes, special housing facilities, and LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) activities. As a nurse, you will handle medical interventions, nursing care, rehabilitation, and collaboration both internally and externally.

During evening hours, two nurses and one advisory nurse work. As an evening nurse, you work on an intervention basis, performing both planned and acute health assessments. As an advisory nurse, you are the hub of the network, providing advice to the municipality's care staff during on-call hours. You make assessments over the phone and decide what intervention is needed for the patient during your shift.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for a licensed registered nurse with broad experience in healthcare, with at least two years of experience, preferably in municipal healthcare. Further education in geriatrics, psychiatry, dementia care, or experience as a district nurse is an asset.

Great importance will be placed on the personal qualities of applicants. It is important that you appreciate contact with patients, relatives, and colleagues, as well as various professions, both internally and externally.

Since driving is part of the job, you must have a B-class driver's license.

About the Employment

You will work mostly evenings, 38.15 hours/week (100%), plus every third weekend.
