Nurse in Home Care in Falkenberg

We are currently looking for a nurse interested in working within our municipal primary care (home care) in Falkenberg. We hope that you will join us in developing home care services together with Falkenberg Municipality.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you will work to provide good and safe care for our citizens registered in home care, living in ordinary housing, or in one of the municipality's care facilities. In Falkenberg Municipality, we offer somatic care, short-term accommodation, day activities, and dementia units.

All new patients are registered through our care planning team, which creates a plan based on an individual assessment. In your work, you will carry out planned and unplanned medical assignments and clinical assessments. Your work is varied, offering great opportunities to plan your own workday based on your patients' needs.

All licensed professionals (nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, pharmacists) and assistant nurses work in close collaboration with the patient at the center. Together, we strive to provide the patient with the best possible care.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse, experienced or newly graduated. Courses within the field of operation or further education in district nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatry are considered an asset. A valid B driver's license is required for the position. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Duration: Permanent.
Weekly Working Hours: 38.25 hours/week (100%) - Day, evening, and weekend shifts.
We currently work on a 10-week schedule. Approximately 7-8 evenings per 10 weeks, and weekend duty is currently every 5th weekend.
