About the Job and Us as an Employer

Your duties at the health center encompass the general medical area where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-focused in primary care, both via phone, digital consultations, and in-person visits.

You will work largely independently with your own clinic where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration occurs with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and other specialist care.

The Veddige Health Center consists of a medical and district nurse clinic, testing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, child health care, and specialist clinics for asthma/COPD and diabetes. It may also be relevant to work part-time at the branch in Bua, which is part of our operational area.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse or district nurse. Experience in primary care and diabetes competence is an advantage.

For the position, you need to have good collaboration skills and be service-oriented. To ensure good and safe communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, we require good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Personal suitability is highly valued.
