The Role of Care Assistant with Us

In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and support for our care recipients. By offering a responsive and professional approach, documenting events, and being attentive to changes in the care recipient's well-being. You are a presence that creates calm and security. During the night, it is important to be attentive, have a calm demeanor, and be able to act with care.

In Kungsbacka, we strive for people to have the opportunity to live their lives to the fullest. You will work in a wonderful team where we are responsible and care for both the residents and each other. For us at our care and nursing home, this means that we, with great responsiveness and commitment, provide each care recipient with the care and support they need, based on individual needs. We focus on our care recipients while working closely with each other. At our facility, we have both somatic and dementia departments.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, deliver results, and prioritize your work effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained care assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working night shifts as care staff

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent position with placement according to agreement. You will work according to a 12-week schedule that includes weekend work.
