Night Shift Nurse – Home Care Falkenberg

We are currently looking for a nurse interested in working in our night team within municipal primary care (home care) in Falkenberg Municipality. We hope you want to help develop healthcare together with us in Falkenberg. At night, two nurses work together. You will work in close collaboration with nursing staff at special housing facilities and in the Safety Team, with the entire Falkenberg Municipality as your catchment area.

In municipal primary care (home care), nurses, district nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, pharmacists, assistant nurses, assistants, and managers work together. We work in teams to meet patients' needs for an independent life with good quality of life. RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse/district nurse, you work to provide good and safe care for our citizens registered in municipal primary care (home care), living in ordinary housing or in one of the municipality's housing facilities. In Falkenberg Municipality, we have somatic care, short-term housing, day activities, and dementia units.

In your work, you will respond to planned and unplanned medical assignments during on-call hours. Your work will be varied, involving clinical assessments and medical assignments via telephone or on-site at the patient's home.

The night shift schedule is 70%, with the possibility to expand your role with evening shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse. Further education in district nursing, geriatrics, or psychiatry is an asset but not required. A valid B driving license is required for the position.
