Scandic Malmen has undergone a major renovation of the restaurant and is now looking for a skilled colleague.

What does the role entail?

You are the first person the guest meets in our restaurant, so it is of great importance that you have a warm approach and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and drink and appreciate order and tidiness, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to give our guests a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drink and to manage your own cash register. You will also, of course, support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.

Who are you?

To fit the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the work largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. Speaking an additional language is an asset.

However, your personal qualities and attitude are the most important. To fit the role, you need to be an attentive and unpretentious team player who takes great responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel's guests.
