About the position!
Working at Arlanda is varied and full of exciting challenges in a high-tempo environment. You will work on both preparing the food and delivering the best product on the plate, as well as being part of the entire team to reach our goal – World Class! Working hours are varied, with mostly evening and weekend shifts.
To work at Arlanda Airport, you must undergo a security check before employment, which means you must have a clean criminal record.
We also offer a wellness allowance and naturally follow collective agreements.
Who are we looking for?
This job is perfect for you if you enjoy details in your cooking and are willing to develop and learn more.
You adapt easily to new work environments, possess social competence, and always strive to create that little extra for our guests.
You are experienced in leading and distributing work in the kitchen.
We require 8 years of professional experience as a cook and readiness to take a step up to Sous Chef, or you are already working as a Sous Chef today.
You have a refined palate, are creative, and innovative.
You have documented professional and work experience and are trained in the restaurant industry.
To succeed in your role, you are:
Structured, meaning you are good at organizing and planning your work, completing what you start, and communicating clearly. You have a refined palate, are consistent, quality-conscious, and meticulous. You can juggle many balls at once, are constructive, and always maintain a good mood when things are busiest. You are confident in yourself, have the courage to speak up, and can distinguish between the issue and the person. You find it easy to lead yourself and others.
