Do you want to help create a warm, welcoming, and functional meeting place in our parishes? We are now looking for a parish housekeeper (husmor/husfar) with primary responsibility for the Åhl and Djura parishes. The role involves close collaboration with the other housekeepers in the parish and on-site staff.

Your ability to meet people, collaborate with volunteers, and contribute to a pleasant and welcoming environment is important to us. You are service-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.

It is an advantage if you have education or experience working in hotels, restaurants, or cafés, as well as knowledge of hygiene and food handling. The position requires a driver's license and access to your own car.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out cooking and baking in the parish's preparation kitchen, and coordinate purchases together with your two colleagues.
• Responsibility for the kitchen and serving in the parish premises.
• Collaborate with volunteer staff.
• Some cleaning duties are included, as well as the care of premises and furnishings.

We assume that you are a member of the Church of Sweden and share the Church of Sweden's values. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

Terms of Employment

Church of Sweden agreement, permanent employment 75% with placement in Åhl and Djura parish. Work in the evenings and on weekends may occur. A probationary period applies. Start date according to agreement.
