About the position:

We are currently looking for serving and bar staff who are passionate about creating a fantastic guest experience. As part of our team, you are the face of the hotel and play a crucial role in ensuring guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout their stay. You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a new hotel concept from the very beginning. You will also have a workplace with a high level of well-being and strong team spirit. We are looking for you who:

• Have a strong sense of service and a natural ability to build good customer relationships.
• Are communicative, positive, and engaged.
• Enjoy working in a team and have a proactive working style.
• Can work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.

• Experience in leadership within serving and bar operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and welcome guests with a professional and warm attitude, and assist guests with questions and requests.
• Provide recommendations regarding the hotel's facilities and surroundings.
• Work with various tasks at the hotel, such as breakfast service, simple serving, and general guest service.
• Create a pleasant and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
• Manage the lunch buffet and handle guests at the cash register.
• Perform A la Carte service where guests are served both food and drink at the table, and provide guests with a selling description of our food and beverage menu.
• Be helpful to both colleagues and guests.
• Ensure the restaurant is presentable, clean, and welcoming.
• Ensure dishes are cleared and washed, and that everything the guest sees is replenished, inviting, and appealing.
