Description

We are looking for a food-loving, service-oriented, and self-reliant kitchen assistant for the catering unit in Mora.

Recruitment is ongoing.

Tasks

Raw food preparation, serving, dishwashing, and cleaning.

Plan and prepare daily production according to the established menu.

Assist in meal production.

You must also be able to work according to an established self-control program.

Qualifications

Education in the Restaurant and Food program or other experience deemed equivalent.

Knowledge of special diets, food hygiene, and HACCP, or experience deemed equivalent.

Computer literacy.

You must be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and have a pleasant approach towards colleagues and children.

You should be able to take initiative, be meticulous, dutiful, service-oriented, have good teamwork skills, and be capable of working independently.

Requirements

Driver's license (Class B).
