What does the role entail?
As a Camp Staff Member, you represent First Camp in many different situations, making this a stimulating and varied role. Here, flexibility and willingness to work are A to Z. Your tasks vary and include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, and when needed, caretaking duties and cleaning. We want all our employees to be able to step in and support where needed. First Camp always starts from the guests' needs, and we help each other put out the fires that arise.

Who are we looking for?
To be considered for the position, we prefer that you have experience working in service and customer relations. You must be at least 18 years old by the time the employment begins. If you have education in any of the work areas, it is an asset, but not a requirement.

• We want you to be able to remain positive in stressful situations, have the ability to adapt when things change quickly, and we believe it is important that you feel confident in yourself.
• We work according to clear routines and concepts, which is something you appreciate.
• We appreciate that you like to show your personality, have a sense of humor, and put the team before the individual.

Naturally, you must be able to communicate without difficulty in Swedish or English, both to receive work instructions and to interact with our guests.

Terms
We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 hours/week), but also opportunities before and after the season. Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the collective agreement of the Hotel and Restaurant Union.
