About the Assignment

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager for an assignment within a government agency. The consultant will act as a Test Manager in an agile delivery team focused on export processes within the customs clearance domain. The role also includes requirements analysis and close collaboration with system analysts and solution architects. The assignment is conducted using agile methodology for system development.

Please note that security clearance is required for this assignment and must be completed before the start date. CV must be written in Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities within the export delivery area
• Work on requirements gathering and analysis within the agile delivery team
• Collaborate with system analysts and solution architects
• Contribute to and drive testing activities according to agile methodology

Requirements

• Meet the requirements for the Test Manager role at level 4
• At least 5 years of experience in test management within a government agency
• At least 3 years of experience in requirements gathering within a government agency
• At least 3 years of experience in the practical application of the SBE method (specific method, not similar)
• At least 2 years of experience in interoperability testing with other agencies or the European Commission

Merits

• Experience in requirements gathering for the customs clearance process
• Experience in leading test method development, including test methodology, test strategies, processes, and tools
• Experience in writing test cases as well as executing and documenting tests
• Experience in requirements gathering for the development of in-house IT systems
• Experience with Atlassian's product suite, e.g., Jira and Confluence
