The position will commence by agreement. You will have an office at Luleå Municipality's service center in central Luleå and work full-time during the day. If you are moving from another location, we offer relocation assistance - we want to make it easy for you to get started and thrive in your new role.

Job Responsibilities

Within the Economics and Infrastructure division, you and your team will develop methods for digitization, analysis, and financial management while providing support and advice to managers and users. The division also coordinates information security, IT, premises, and fee issues.

As an object specialist, you will:

• Work with broad and varied tasks based on the needs of the operations.
• Have overall responsibility for ensuring that the systems function according to legislation and help the operations use the systems smoothly.
• Provide support and user assistance and resolve incidents and troubleshoot systems.
• Administer permissions and ensure that users have the correct access.
• Participate in delivery tests and follow up on technical prerequisites for system operation and integrations.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for functions where the operation does not occur internally, including ongoing contact and permission management.
• Participate in cross-county networks and contribute to collaboration around common system solutions in Norrbotten.

In your work, you will collaborate closely with the management of the department and become a key person to ensure that the systems support the needs of the operations in the best way.

The Candidate We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine operational understanding with system knowledge and contribute to developing effective and purposeful IT support. You have a commitment to digitization and see the value of creating solutions that facilitate everyday life for the operations. Furthermore, you have:

• a university or college degree in a relevant field and experience working within social services or municipal healthcare, as well as experience in a system support role
• or
• Several years of experience in system management within social services

Experience in working with, driving change in, and having a good understanding of complex operational processes and digitization of work processes is advantageous. Furthermore, experience in system management is a plus, as is having participated in or driven projects and worked with statistics.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, relationship-building, and structured. You have the ability to solve complex problems and translate knowledge into practical solutions that create value in the operations. You build trusting relationships through clear and attentive communication and find it easy to collaborate with different stakeholders. At the same time, you work independently, plan and prioritize your work effectively, and take the initiative to drive the work forward.
