Fröviskolan is a school for grades F–6 with approximately 330 students, beautifully located by Lake Väringen. Here, we know each other, and we place great importance on relationships, collaboration, and engagement. With two classes in each grade, we have a stable organization that provides excellent conditions for both students and staff.

The school has a present school leadership with a principal and a deputy principal. We also have a student health team consisting of a counselor, a special education teacher, a school psychologist, and a school nurse, as well as a social pedagogue who contributes to security and support in the students' daily lives. The student health team works preventively and closely together with the teachers.

With us, knowledge, joy, security, and high expectations are in focus. We want every student to have the opportunity to develop as far as possible based on their own conditions. The teaching is characterized by engagement, clarity, and an inclusive working method where students' strengths are utilized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You plan and conduct modern and creative teaching and find strategies to reach every student and strengthen the student's development both academically and socially.
• By leading and motivating your students, you create an environment where they feel safe to explore their physical abilities and develop a healthy lifestyle.
• You emphasize the importance of regular physical activity and help students understand how it can contribute to their well-being and performance in school.
• By adapting your teaching to individual needs and abilities, you ensure that every student has the opportunity to grow and develop within the subject.
• You plan, conduct, and evaluate the pedagogical work together with your colleagues based on the school's governing documents and the students' needs.
• You are expected to be a clear leader in the classroom, build good relationships, and have high, positive expectations for all students.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a teaching degree with eligibility to teach Physical Education and Health for grades 1-6.
• Has a strong commitment to student development, learning, and well-being.
• Is a team player who enjoys collaborating and sharing your knowledge and experiences.
• Is well-versed in the school's governing documents and works professionally in meetings with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
