We are looking for an inspiring teacher for our youngest students.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

You are one of the first people students meet in the school world, and it is usually you that most students will remember for the rest of their lives. The students are at an age when their curiosity is often at its peak, and it is you who has the responsible task of teaching them to read, write, and calculate. At the same time, you also lay the foundation for their future learning and desire for continued education. We want all students in the school to feel secure and comfortable in order to learn and feel a sense of belonging with staff and other students. All students want to succeed, and we work to meet each individual student's needs. It is important that you are a secure person with an approach that aligns with the school's values. We expect you to be open to meeting students and adults from different backgrounds and circumstances. Since we work in teams, your ability to collaborate and be adaptable is very important. You are skilled at communicating with both children and adults and are used to adapting communication based on the situation and purpose. You use IT tools in your teaching and inspire your colleagues. Interest and knowledge in special education are advantageous.

You have a teaching degree and are well acquainted with the school's governing documents and can translate them into daily work. You should have an inclusive perspective and the ability to see how the individual student's needs can best be met. We want you to be goal- and result-oriented, have good leadership qualities, be flexible, able to collaborate, and have a holistic view. You take responsibility for your assignment and your tasks and actively contribute to the development of the operations. You are self-sufficient, can make your own decisions, and have good judgment in handling both small and large issues.
