Project Manager with a focus on defense customers

In this role, you will strengthen project work within the W5 Box Module. This involves leading customer-specific projects, as well as contributing to the development of working methods and adapting the organization to the requirements of the military industry. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating activities with the customer and leading the work of designers, purchasers, and quality coordinators to achieve set goals.

Your Responsibilities

The responsibilities involve driving and coordinating work to ensure deliveries are made according to plan to the customer, where all parts – from quotation and design to purchasing, project management, and production – are aligned. You are responsible for ensuring that routines at project start and project closure are followed, and you contribute to creating clear and useful project documentation in line with the project handbook and based on customer requirements. This includes working with presentations, budgets, and project administration in the business system Blikk.

Furthermore, the role involves coordinating the office's various departments through project meetings and supporting progress in quality, goods receipt, and flows. You lead internal meetings and ensure that the operations, including production staff, receive ongoing and clear information about the projects. An important part is also to contribute to decisions and project work being documented in a structured manner. You are part of various internal and external working groups and are responsible for planning and conducting ongoing project reviews with the customer. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an asset to have experience or education in leading and coordinating projects, preferably in a portfolio environment. You have good knowledge of project management and quality control, preferably with certification such as PPS, PMP, or PRINCE2. A strong interest in technology and a commitment to finding solutions for the customer are important, as is experience of working in cross-functional teams and with external suppliers. You also have the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and a results focus. Experience from the military industry is considered particularly advantageous.

Employment and appointment according to current regulations. Travel may be required in this position.
