As an Insurance Advisor, you will take on one of our most important and rewarding tasks: handling incoming calls, chats, and written messages from our private customers in the county. You will assist customers with new policies, amendments, and various inquiries regarding home, motor, and personal insurance. You will also actively work on cross-selling in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. You will become part of a team of approximately 16 colleagues, working together to provide our policyholders with the best possible service. We are currently seeking 3 new employees for fixed-term contracts to contribute to the continued development of LF Dalarnas.

We are looking for someone with a high school education with a relevant focus and experience in customer service, preferably via telephone, chat, or other written communication. We also require experience in advisory customer contact and sales. Previous experience within the insurance industry or banking, particularly with needs-based advisory services for private customers, is an asset. We expect you to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing; additional language skills are an advantage.

To thrive in this role, you should be sales- and result-driven, motivated by working towards clear goals and KPIs with ongoing follow-up. As a person, you should be trustworthy, with a strong interest in service and the customer's situation. You must have excellent communication skills, taking the initiative in customer conversations and viewing cross-selling as a natural part of good advisory work. You take great personal responsibility, owning your tasks, performance, and development, and act proactively when you see opportunities for improvement. You are an active team player driven by the organization's mission and vision, and you are eager to contribute ideas and improvements to enhance both the customer and employee experience.

Additional Information

The positions are for 3 fixed-term contracts of approximately 11 months.
