Special Educator at Hårakademin

Our education starts from the knowledge and experiences that each student brings. Teaching is tailored to the individual's goals and prerequisites to ensure they acquire the right competencies for the labor market. At Hårakademin, you will, when needed, support and mentor teachers in adapting the learning environment and designing extra accommodations.

You should be interested in the challenge of contributing to our students achieving their goals. You must be able to create an adult learning relationship, building upon the student's previous knowledge and experiences. Since everyone is part of a work team, we place great importance on personal qualities such as flexibility, collaboration skills, and engagement to develop our operations.

In adult education, students in need of extra accommodations must be able to study under the same conditions as other students. Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in special education (90 ECTS credits). Experience in adult education is an asset.
