We are looking for Personal Assistants

We are currently seeking 3 Personal Assistants for our operations.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to work with a 40-year-old woman diagnosed with MS (Multiple Sclerosis).

As a personal assistant, you will work closely with the client in their home. Your work involves providing support, care, and assistance to a person who needs help managing their daily life. It is important that you are responsive to changes regarding the client's health condition.

The client's interests include cooking, reading, spending time with animals, and watching TV/movies, as well as enjoying daily walks. As an applicant, you should have similar interests and be responsive to the client's wishes.

You will be part of a team of three staff members, working alone with the client during your shifts. Contact with animals may occur.

The position includes daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is responsible, secure, and stable in their working style. You have good empathy and treat the user in a respectful and professional manner. You are attentive to details and easily adapt your actions based on the user's needs and wishes.

The job requires good teamwork skills; you actively contribute to a functioning team and communicate clearly and responsively with both colleagues and relatives. You thrive in an environment where conditions can change and have the ability to adapt quickly and maintain focus even when the work varies.

Previous experience in personal assistance or similar work, as well as knowledge of the current diagnosis, is an asset.

A driver's license is a plus.
