JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a social worker for the Children, Youth, and Family Unit.

As a social worker within the unit, you will investigate, assess, decide, and follow up on interventions according to SoL and LVU. We work from a systemic perspective and also offer internal training in systemic theory. We care about a good work environment with reasonable workloads.

Within IFO, there is also a unit responsible for investigations concerning adults and LSS interventions, as well as a unit working with the elderly. We have a well-developed outpatient care system in the municipality. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other units in the municipality, and we strive to find flexible and good solutions together with other units and external actors locally.

The position currently includes on-call duty after one year of service.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. Please note that a degree in social work is a requirement to work with child cases within the social services area.

Previous experience in social services is considered an asset. We expect you to have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. We use the Lifecare program and document child cases in BBIC.

In your work, you will meet people with diverse backgrounds, origins, and opportunities, where you are expected to have a respectful approach.

The social services in Sollefteå strive to work systemically, and you should have the ability to see and work from people's own strengths and resources.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
