We at Inkludera Assistans are looking for individuals aged 20-45 who want to work on a scheduled basis, as well as those who wish to work as substitutes during the spring and summer.

About the job:

You will be working with a lovely and cheerful girl who is 16 years old and lives just outside Övik with good bus connections.

The client requires full assistance in her daily living activities such as transfers, training, personal hygiene, etc. She can communicate on her own.

You will actively work based on the client’s needs, diagnosis, and established routines.

Your work is characterized by responsibility in meetings and interactions with other people, so we will place great emphasis on your personality and the chemistry between you and the client.

Schedule:

The working hours are varied with evenings from 14:45 to 20:00, awake nights from 20:00 to 07:00, and every other weekend.

During the summer, daytime work is also included.

A driver's license is a plus but not a requirement.

You should be proficient in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Experience:

You who are applying have previously worked in care and assistance or personal support.

If you have experience with BiPAP, it is a significant plus for moving forward in the recruitment process.

You should have a strong work ethic, be calm and secure in yourself, and have a positive feeling about making a difference for someone else.

Other:

A longer introduction will take place to ensure interaction and security between you both in daily routines.
