About the job
As a Local Information Security Coordinator (LISS) in the Sea and Air Department, you will work to support and develop the department's systematic work within information security. You will support the department in ensuring that information and systems are handled in a secure and purposeful manner in our processes. You will work closely with the operations and support managers and employees in translating legal requirements, guidelines, and working methods into practice. You will have close collaboration with the department's product area, which is responsible for managing and developing IT solutions for maritime and air transport.
To support you in your role as LISS, there is a TS-wide network for all LISSs at the authority where relevant issues are discussed regularly.

You will
- participate in and carry out information classification, consequence assessments, and risk analyses, as well as implement guidelines in the area
- participate in the department's incident management process
- participate in the department's security function together with the emergency and security protection coordinator and support their area of responsibility and competence
- participate in the support function for the product area, consisting of business architect, IT architect, business developer, archivist, and lawyer, where you are expected to contribute with the information security perspective.
- participate in the work to educate and guide managers and employees in secure information handling and develop routines and working methods that strengthen the department's information security
- continuously follow up on the status in the area and report to management and relevant steering groups.
You must have
- relevant and current academic education in information or IT security or equivalent work experience (last 2-3 years) that the employer considers equivalent
- express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
It is a merit if you also have
- worked with regulations in the security protection area
- worked with the ISO 27000 series
- worked with the Freedom of Information and Secrecy Act
- worked with information modeling according to UML (class) or Astrakan.

The employment is permanent with placement in Norrköping. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. As an employee with us, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to three days a week. It is the needs of the operations and the nature of the tasks that determine whether and to what extent this is possible. Employment with us may imply placement in a security class. A security clearance with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be carried out. For some of our tasks in a security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
