Do you want a meaningful job? Now you have the chance to apply to us at Tussmötegården Care and Nursing Home! It is a municipal nursing home with 80 care places with a focus on dementia and somatic care, distributed across two buildings.
We work from a person-centered approach where the focus is on health, well-being, and quality of life. Our goal is to create a meaningful daily life for both care recipients and employees by creating a valuable, safe, and stimulating environment. The measures should be designed to strengthen the individual's resources so that they can live an independent life.

With us, you will get a fun and stimulating job in a team, where you work closely with the care recipient who needs support and help in their daily life. To ensure you have the best possible conditions to perform your work, we offer a structured introduction, regular follow-ups with your immediate supervisor, and an assigned mentor for support in the work.
Your role
In the role of Nursing Assistant/Care Assistant, you work closely with care recipients and are an important part of the work team. You are responsible for providing good and safe care based on a person-centered and health-promoting perspective. The work requires you to be responsive, responsible, and collaborative, as well as to contribute to a good working environment.
The tasks consist of planning and carrying out measures together with the work team according to the care recipient's wishes and in accordance with the implementation plan. The work also includes documentation, reporting, and contributing to continuity and quality in care.
Your competence and experience
We are looking for you who:
- Are a qualified nursing assistant.
- Have good communication skills and very good Swedish in speech and writing.
- Feel secure in your professional role and have a professional approach.
- Have a good ability to plan work together with the team, with the care recipient in focus.
- Have the possibility to work day, evening, and/or night shifts according to the needs of the operation.
Merits include:
- Further education in dementia care, palliative care, and/or BPSD.
- Previous experience of working in care and nursing homes.
- Experience with medication handling and medication distribution.
