About the Role
Do you want to work in care and welfare and make a real difference for our elderly in Gagnef Municipality? Are you a nursing assistant or care assistant looking to share work joy with approximately 50 other colleagues?
We who work in home care are a cheerful team that has a lot of fun at work! We enjoy when things happen and face new challenges daily that require us to find solutions.
Working in home care is very flexible and varied; almost every day offers the opportunity to learn new things. No two days are alike. We love it, and we believe you will too! Home care operates in two geographical groups, east and west, with close daily collaboration.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include everything from daily nursing care and medical needs to service tasks such as shopping and cleaning. You have a good approach and safeguard and respect everyone's right to privacy, bodily integrity, self-determination, and participation. You will also motivate and stimulate clients to help them manage as much as possible on their own.
The work involves close collaboration with home health care, the rehabilitation unit, social workers, and other professionals within the administration. We also collaborate with the region. With us, you have a flexible job with both individual responsibility and teamwork. Work takes place on a rotating basis during days, evenings, and weekends, with the opportunity to influence your schedule. You often work alone, but colleagues are never more than a phone call away.
Qualifications
As a person, you are empathetic and engaged. To fit the role, you are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions while enjoying collaboration with your colleagues. Good communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders is a given for you. No two days are alike, and you enjoy working flexibly, sometimes with rapidly changing circumstances.
We require previous experience in the healthcare profession, and experience in home care is an asset. You must be an educated nursing assistant. Daily documentation is done using technical aids such as mobile phones and computers; therefore, knowledge of these tools, as well as good Swedish in speech and writing, is a basic requirement.

Conditions
The employment rate is 75-100%, offering both permanent positions and long-term temporary contracts. Start date according to agreement. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. A B-class driver's license is required. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
