Do you want to work on digital projects that impact thousands of people's journeys – every day? Øresundsbron is now seeking a curious and engaged Digital Project Manager who wants to contribute to developing our digital solutions and driving projects from idea to reality.

About the Role
You will become part of the Delivery unit, which is responsible for the customer's journey across the bridge – before, during, and after the trip. Here, around 90 colleagues work on everything from toll stations and digital services to traffic monitoring and technical infrastructure.

In the role of Digital Project Manager, you will, among other things:

• lead projects from idea to implementation
• develop project plans and ensure structure in project work
• gather and concretize requirements together with operations and technology
• coordinate work between internal teams and external suppliers
• follow up on time, budget, and quality in projects
• identify and manage risks and dependencies
• ensure a smooth transition to management and operations

The focus of the role is primarily on payment and digital solutions. Some projects are more technically in-depth, while others are closer to operations. Our processes are highly digitized, meaning many projects have a clear IT connection. There is also an opportunity to help develop how we work with projects in the future.

About You
You are a person with drive, curiosity, and a willingness to take responsibility. You like to get things done, enjoy creating structure, and like to collaborate with different types of people. For us, potential is more important than a specific background – we believe in people who want to develop, learn new things, and have the courage to take initiative and get things done.

You likely have education in IT, engineering, systems science, or similar, or equivalent experience. Perhaps you have already worked with project management, or had a role where you coordinated work, managed deliveries, or drove change.

• are communicative and find it easy to collaborate
• like to take initiative and drive work forward
• can make complex issues understandable for different target groups

You express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English and feel comfortable in a Danish/Swedish organization where both languages are used daily.

The role is primarily on-site, as we see that creativity and momentum are strengthened when we meet physically. Remote work is possible when needed. For the right person, there are good development opportunities within the organization.
