Key Parts of Your Role

As a traveling lead plumbing installer at VSH, you play a key role in our projects. Together with project managers, you are responsible for planning, leading, and executing plumbing work on-site in various projects. The role combines operational work with coordination, planning, and leadership.

• You will work on projects across Sweden, primarily in the area between Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, and be prepared to work where the need arises.
• Operationally lead and perform plumbing work on construction projects
• Plan work together with project managers
• Participate in construction and coordination meetings
• Be responsible for material planning, ordering, and handling
• Ensure quality, work environment, and progress in the project
• Manage project-related documentation
• Act as the contact person on-site for other professional groups

If We May Wish

• Trained plumbing installer
• Several years of experience in the plumbing profession
• Previous experience as a lead installer is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Good familiarity with reading blueprints and technical documentation
• Driver's license (B) is a requirement
