About the position

We are looking for an engaged foreman for various construction projects around Skåne. The role involves responsibility for the workplace, planning and execution of projects, as well as ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will always work from the respective project, and for travel to and from the workplaces, you will have access to a company car. The role offers both short-term opportunities and long-term career development within the company. We are looking for someone with leadership qualities, drive, and a willingness to take responsibility, who can inspire and guide the work team on-site. Experience as an officer or in a leading position within the industry is a requirement. You should be confident in making decisions, organizing work, and ensuring that projects are delivered according to plan.

Your main tasks

As a foreman, you will lead and plan the work on-site and ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements. You are responsible for safety and working environment and also participate in practical work, both in groundwork and other construction tasks. In this role, you will use machinery and smaller equipment safely and efficiently, and certifications for various machines are advantageous. You will follow up on the team's work and provide support and guidance to help your colleagues develop. The work is physically active and includes many practical elements, while also combining planning and responsibility.
