About the position

We are looking for dedicated construction workers for various projects around Skåne. The work is scheduled during the day, and you will always start from the respective project site, with access to a company car for travel to and from the work locations. The role offers good development opportunities and long-term prospects; if it works for both parties, there is a possibility to take over the employment and become a permanent part of the team. The most important thing is that you have the right professional competence as a construction worker and experience in practical, physical work on projects. Your main tasks

As a construction worker, you will work with earthworks to prepare areas for construction and material handling. You will use tools and equipment safely and efficiently and work according to instructions to ensure that the projects meet customer requirements. The work is physically demanding, and the body is used in almost all tasks from making foundations, digging, and handling materials to completing projects according to assignments. The role combines practical work with responsibility and gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and take on greater responsibility over time.

Requirements • Trained construction worker • B driver's license • Experience in construction work • Good understanding of safety, work environment, and quality • Knowledge of using tools and equipment required for construction work • Good physical condition and ability to perform physically demanding work Meritorious • Experience with various types of paving • Previous experience in project work and coordination on construction sites
