Service Technician

As a service technician with us, you will work on various assignments at our customers' sites – from resolving urgent issues to corrective and preventive maintenance.

About the Position

As a service technician, you will work both independently and together with colleagues at our customers' sites. The assignments vary between urgent interventions, troubleshooting, planned maintenance, and minor installation work. You will work with systems that are integrated with control and regulation technology, which means you will also handle troubleshooting in automation systems, adjusting regulators, and optimizing operating parameters.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, ventilation installers, automation specialists, and customers to plan and execute assignments effectively and qualitatively.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions and price proposals for customers
• Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs of ventilation and heating systems
• Work with preventive maintenance and energy optimization measures
• Handle component replacements and minor installation or electrical work based on competence
• Troubleshoot and adjust control and regulation equipment (e.g., regulators, sensors, actuators)
• Perform simple programming or parameter settings in automation systems
• Engage in dialogue with customers and contribute technical solutions and improvement suggestions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with good experience in the ventilation industry and knowledge of control and regulation technology. The position requires several years of experience in similar work. You have relevant technical education and are accustomed to working with both mechanical and digital systems. You are customer-oriented, structured, and service-minded with a well-developed team spirit.

Requirements

Driver's license B, fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and basic knowledge of English. We also expect you to handle standard programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
