The Technical and Property Management is responsible for the municipality's technical maintenance. This includes construction, installation, and maintenance. With great heart, we take care of Kullahalvön – from the pulse of the city streets to green park oases, majestic buildings, laughter in playgrounds, and the feeling on the beaches. We are also the hub for internal services, from high-quality cooking to sparkling clean premises.

We are now looking for a service-oriented and responsible employee for the Central Warehouse and Vehicle Unit. With us, you will become an important part of a team of five colleagues.

The Construction Department consists of about 35 colleagues in Water and Sewage, Streets, Outdoor Environment, Vehicles, and Warehousing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As warehouse staff at the central warehouse, you will primarily work in our storage facility. Your main tasks will include:

• Goods reception
• Picking and packing for delivery
• Deliveries to customers using a van equipped with a tail lift
• Order reception via phone, operational systems, and over the counter
• Other tasks related to warehouse and store operations.

The work can be monotonous at times, and heavy lifting is involved.

You will also support the Vehicle Unit with:

• Pickup and drop-off of vehicles
• Washing and cleaning of vehicles

You will have daily customer contact via phone and email, which requires you to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. We work entirely digitally, so good computer skills are a requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You need to have a service-oriented attitude and enjoy a role with many points of contact. No two days are alike, so being flexible in your workday is an important trait.

You tackle challenges with commitment and always put the customer at the center.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse work
• Experience working with digital systems
• Driving license B (manual)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Forklift license
• Experience driving vehicles with a tail lift
