The Water and Sewer Department is part of the Technical Administration and currently consists of 17 people, but we are growing and gradually expanding our workforce. We are based at Strömgatan in Klippan.

We are embarking on an exciting journey with a lot of renewal in the pipeline network and a major renovation of our facilities. We work with modern materials and methods. The work environment is important to us; today's most important task is that everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks consist of the operation and maintenance of our pipeline network. You will also be working with:

• emergency water leaks and leak detection.
• sanitation of old pipelines and new installation of pipelines.
• replacement and renovation of services, main valves, and fire hydrants.

You will work closely with water engineers and project managers and be involved in our projects carried out in-house. Since we are a small organization, we must help each other as needed with all areas of responsibility within the Water and Sewer Department.

On-call duty is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a colleague with a technical education in construction or equivalent education/experience that we consider comparable. A B driver's license is a requirement. Experience in the water and sewer industry is an advantage.

• Work on Roads
• Hot Work
• Food Safety
• Brushcutter/Chainsaw
• Welding

You need to be self-sufficient in your role as a pipe network technician, and to thrive in the role, we see that you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a practical mindset. You work in a structured manner, are safety-conscious, and find it easy to build relationships to collaborate and communicate with both colleagues and external contacts.
