About the Role of Plumbing Installer

As an installer at Holmströms Rör, you will work in a team with other installers and be responsible for the installation of plumbing systems in new constructions, primarily within larger residential projects and commercial properties in Skåne.

You will work closely with your colleagues and collaborate with site management and project managers to ensure that all parts of the project are executed in the best possible way. Depending on the size of the project, you will also have the opportunity to work more independently and take your own initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Install modern heating, cooling, and sanitation solutions with high quality
• Assemble piping systems in contracting and industrial projects
• Work with drawings and technical documents as the basis for your professional skills
• Be an important part of larger projects where collaboration, planning, and coordination with other professional groups create success

This position is a direct recruitment to Holmströms Rör with placement in Helsingborg. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Holmströms Rör offers wellness benefits and mileage compensation. Salary is based on piecework principles and follows the Technical Installation Agreement. You will also participate in a profit-sharing system with contributions to a pension account, providing both long-term security and an extra boost in the future.

About the Role of Lead Plumbing Installer

If you have experience leading installations, we can offer you the role of Lead Plumbing Installer. In this position, you will plan, lead, and follow up on the installation on-site and act as the link between the project manager, site manager, and the installation team. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Plan and lead the work team on-site
• Ensure quality and follow safety procedures
• Be responsible for material orders and coordination
• Participate in construction meetings and report directly to the project manager
