Stadsfastigheter is looking for a project manager for security technology in the Protection Section.

As part of Stadsfastigheter's local supply mission, the responsibility includes being Malmö city's service and system owner for the city's burglary alarms and access control systems. This means having overall responsibility for managing, developing, and project managing security installations that meet the needs of the operations and address the specific threats and risks present. This responsibility includes ensuring that security installations are effective, updated, and adapted to requirements. Through this work, Stadsfastigheter contributes to creating safe, secure, and functional premises for the city's operations. As a project manager, you will lead and develop security technology installations. Your job responsibilities include:

Project management of new installations, complementing and replacing existing installations in the city's properties and external rentals such as burglary alarms, access control systems, and locks, as well as similar systems.
Development of technical and functional requirements in procurement, orders, and internal project guidelines.
Monitoring and quality assurance of security technology installations to ensure they meet requirements and purposes.
Preparation of financial budgeting for new installations and replacements.
Long-term planning of maintenance work for security technology installations.
Lead the takeover of security technology installations in internal properties and external rentals for the transfer of new installation ownership to Stadsfastigheter.
Support the city's operations in identifying current and future needs for security technology installations.
Participate in the development of guiding instructions and guidelines for the city's security technology installations within the framework of operational protection.
Collaborate and develop solutions together with colleagues in the Protection Section, administrations, and contracted entrepreneurs.
Plan and conduct information and training initiatives related to security technology installations.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in security technology, such as project manager, designer, electrical engineer, lock project manager, or from another relevant role in the field. You have a university/college education of at least 180 credits in the security field, or another relevant orientation. We see that you have experience working with various security technology systems such as burglary alarms, access control systems, and digital/physical locks, including both hardware and software. You have good knowledge of the regulations and standards governing the security technology field. It is an advantage if you have experience with other security installations. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the Office package and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Stadsfastigheter's 200 employees manage Malmö city's properties for schools, childcare, elderly care, and culture. The portfolio amounts to over 1.8 million square meters and generates an annual turnover of about 2 billion kronor.
