Modexa is a privately owned company with 30 years of experience in renovating kitchens and storage solutions with residents remaining, a nationwide organization responsible for the entire chain from needs analysis through implementation to service.

You will be an important part of a team of 8–9 people who together lead production through a three-year transformation journey aimed at creating a stable and efficient operation as well as a safe workplace for employees. Modexa is undergoing modernization where new working methods, increased automation, and clearer flows are being developed. You will play a central role in shaping these working methods together with the team and ensuring that the change works in daily operations.

As a production technician, you will be responsible for the technical improvement work throughout the production flow from raw material to delivery. Ensure that machines and processes deliver the right quality at the right pace and that flows work optimally.

The role involves:

• Optimizing production processes and flows as well as internal logistics

• Driving improvement work and efficiency projects from analysis to implementation

• Working systematically with metrics related to safety, quality, and productivity

• Conducting root cause analyses and preventing recurring problems

• Ensuring that equipment meets requirements for machine safety and working environment

• Being a requirement setter towards machine and system suppliers

• Developing and updating work instructions and technical documentation

The role also includes being an ambassador for production, both internally and externally. You represent production in internal development forums and participate in customer and supplier visits when your expertise is needed. You strengthen the image of Modexa as a modern,

safe, and professional production environment. The assignment is both operational and strategic with presence in production while driving long-term improvements.

We believe that you who are applying have several years of experience as a production technician in the manufacturing industry with the ability to work independently and take responsibility.

Experience in process optimization, improvement work, and technical analysis in environments with automation and machine systems.

Good understanding of automation, machine safety, manual work, and technical documentation. Ability to analyze statistics and work systematically towards clear metrics. Experience with LEAN, 5S, or similar working methods is an advantage.

As a person, you are clear, pedagogical, and communicative, which creates participation in production. You thrive in a role where you both support colleagues practically and inspire new working methods. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, structured, and have a natural ownership of your area of responsibility.
