About the Role

Ensure that production has optimized tools and fixtures for the assembly process, as well as that the associated technical documentation is updated and accurate.

Deliverables1. Design and Construction of Tools and Fixtures

Develop concepts and produce finished CAD drawings in SolidWorks.
Ensure that the solutions are tailored to the production process and meet safety, quality, and efficiency requirements.

2. Support in Purchasing and Verification

Collaborate with production engineers to develop specifications for the purchase of tools and fixtures.
Participate in the verification, testing, and approval of delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive development from needs analysis to finished solution.
Ensure that all deliveries are correctly documented in SAP.
Actively support the production line with technical questions and improvement initiatives.
