About the position

In this role, you will be part of the quality department that supports the production lines with quality issues and develops long-term improvement processes. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure the highest quality of products used worldwide. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality and wants to help develop both internal processes and supplier collaborations. Responsibilities

• Drive improvement activities focused on preventing quality issues
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify and implement improvements
• Visualize quality outcomes and work on continuous improvements
• Collaborate with different departments and suppliers to ensure high quality

We are looking for someone who

• Has a technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering or quality
• Has previous experience in roles where quality work has been part of your responsibilities
• Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Is technically and analytically inclined

It is a plus if you have

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
