Your Responsibilities

With us, you will have a central role focusing on the machinery park within processing, where the operation consists of about 70 employees in CNC, cutting processing, and robotic cells.

You will have personnel responsibility for 2–5 people in the maintenance team related to this part of the operation and will be responsible for leading, distributing, and following up on the work. The role is clearly leading with a focus on creating structure, planning, and developing maintenance work.

You will: • Lead, distribute, and develop the work within the maintenance function • Ensure structure in working methods, planning, and follow-up • Be responsible for preventive maintenance and machine availability • Drive improvement work related to operations, quality, and efficiency • Be responsible for personnel, work environment, quality, and costs within the area • Coordinate external suppliers and plan on-call operations

Your Profile

We believe that you are currently working as a maintenance manager, team leader, or are a senior technician looking to take the next step towards a more planning and leadership role.

To succeed in the role, you need to be a confident and clear leader with good technical understanding. You are driven to create structure, develop maintenance work, and engage people in change. The role involves a greater focus on planning, follow-up, and analysis than operational work, and you enjoy working systematically in systems and closely with the operations.

Requirements for the role: • Experience in industrial maintenance work • Leadership experience • Understanding of preventive maintenance and its impact on operations and economics • Good system skills and experience with Office • Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing • B driver's license
