As a wood industry worker at Surewood Housing, you have the chance to become an important part of the company's future development, as the factory has a very high production capacity and ambitions to continue growing.

About the Position

The employment is initially a consulting assignment via Montico, where you will be hired out to Surewood Housing. The ambition is that after six months of hiring, they will take over the employment.

As an employee at Montico, you will be part of a well-established and meticulous player that places great importance on regular visits to your workplace. Your consultant manager is always there for you and is concerned that you enjoy your work and feel good.

Job Description

The work consists of various tasks within house and module construction and is divided into several stations. Daily tasks include reading blueprints and using tools such as air-powered tools and screwdrivers. Forklift operation may also occur.

Tasks may include work on wall blocks, ceilings, painting, and other finishing assembly tasks. In the long run, the idea is to learn several stations to develop in your work and achieve flexibility in production.

The work is scheduled during the day with the following working hours:
Monday-Thursday: 06:30 - 16:00
Friday: 06:30 - 12:50

We are looking for someone who

The basic requirements for the positions are:
- High school education with relevant focus and/or equivalent knowledge through work experience
- Knowledge of reading blueprints
- Experience handling tools such as nail guns, screwdrivers, and other air-powered tools
- Forklift certification
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
