Do you want to work in a key technical role where you drive the development of production equipment and improvements in production processes in a global environment? We are now looking for a process engineer who wants to combine design, project management, and innovation.

About the company

TitanX is a global partner to manufacturers of commercial vehicles in thermal management. Our mission is to deliver innovative and competitive solutions for thermal management that contribute to the transition to greener transportation.

On the way to a more sustainable future, with the support of our owner Tata AutoComp Systems, we are expanding our product portfolio in thermal management to offer innovative solutions for cleaner and electrified transportation. At the same time, we apply our high-performance heat transfer technology in other segments such as off-road and industrial applications.

At TitanX, every employee counts – everyone is expected to make a difference, contribute innovative ideas, and create value for the company. Our decision-making paths are short; we act quickly and take responsibility for the results. We are a global team and achieve better results together.

We are now looking for a process engineer to complement our team. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.

Your responsibilities

As a process engineer, you will be part of the technical service team within production technology in our EUSA Operating Unit while supporting other facilities globally. You will work broadly with technology, development, and improvements related to production.

In this role, you will:

  • Design and manufacture fixtures, tools, machines, and other production equipment
  • Develop purchasing specifications and drive purchasing projects together with procurement
  • Evaluate and approve equipment (SAT/FAT)
  • Represent our department in product development projects
  • Prepare PPAP documentation and drive process adaptations during product launches
  • Lead improvement projects within workplace safety, quality, lean, and productivity
  • Train production and maintenance personnel, both locally and globally
  • Ensure that projects deliver according to set time and budget frameworks
  • Drive EHS issues within machine design, CE marking, and material selection

The role involves travel to our various facilities, approximately 1-2 weeks per quarter, which gives you the opportunity to work closely with the operations and contribute in an international context.

Your background/Your qualities

We are looking for someone with a strong technical interest and a practical approach, who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and drive your work forward. You have a post-secondary technical education and/or at least five years of relevant work experience in the field.

You have experience with CAD tools such as Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion, or similar, and feel comfortable working with technical solutions in practice. You also have good computer skills, particularly in MS Office, and express yourself fluently in English, both spoken and written. If you also have knowledge in areas such as electrical design, control systems, hydraulics, robotics, or pneumatics, it is an advantage.

As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in teams, while also having the ability to drive projects and initiatives forward independently.

We offer you

We describe our work environment as international, developing, multicultural, fast-paced, and dynamic. We encourage international mobility within the TitanX group. Our medium-sized but global organization offers opportunities for significant engagement and broad exposure – a workplace where you can truly make a difference.
